In this program, you will learn a new language of leadership that will help you increase the quality and quantity of conversation you have with your team members, accelerate their development and performance, and support autonomy.
Participants from Brunei will be joining virtual session lead by Blanchard Singapore.
The schedule for the two days program is as follows:
Day 1:
Session 1: 9:00 am – 11:00 am and
Session 2: 2:00 to 4:00 pm
Day 2:
Session 3: 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Session 4: 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm and
Session 5: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
