Create a System for Your Family and Home
New millennial parents often have less idea in managing their home. Their roles and responsibilities are mostly assumed and rarely discussed – creating confusion and imbalance and if children are involved, their home is sure to be messy and unorganized! This is because they don’t know what are the procedures to be followed at home. Which is why an SOP (standard operating procedure) is needed in order to create a harmonious home.
Instructing you is lecturer and certified parenting coach Hazmi Razab. Hazmi believes that every couple or family needs an SOP; a blueprint of a family plan. An SOP would help give you clear direction in your day to day basis and your future. It would help you tackle question you ask yourself such as:
“When is the right time to move out of my in-law’s house? (ASAP!)”
“When is the screen out time for my child?”
“How do I encourage my child to study? How do I make my child understand that no is a no?”
“Who should take out the laundry and who should take out the trash?”
Every member of a family should follow their respective SOP and this class is about identifying the roles and responsibilities of the mother, the father and their children.
