GO DIGITAL ASEAN
is a regional initiative by the ACCMSME and The Asia Foundation, supported by Google’s philanthropic arm, Google.org and is designed to equip micro and small enterprises with crucial digital skills and tools; expand economic opportunity across ASEAN Member States; and minimize the negative impact from the COVID-19 crisis. In collaboration with Young Entrepreneurs Association Brunei, this course is free of charge at courtesy of the Go Digital ASEAN Fund.
Record Keeping (Business) Order, introduced 2015 in Brunei, encourages businesses to have thorough record keeping so their businesses can be monitored better. This order requires any individual who runs a business to keep and maintain records of every business transaction carried out for at least 5 years from the date of transaction.
The goal of this course is to equip MSMEs with the basic knowledge, ability to record day-to-day transactions using accounting software and prepare basic financial statements.
